Sector 3 Elves Can Now Begin Check In
Oh ye great trackers of Europe and Africa!
We have received word from North Pole Flight Command to begin checking in trackers from our Sector. This is just a process to let us know which elves are activated and ready to track Santa for Santa. Keep an eye on the countdown clock in the upper left to know when Santa leaves the North Pole.
Please check in below:

Tracker Friends,
This may be my final general post of this season. The news from this point forward should come exclusively from your Elf Supervisor. Please pay attention to what I am about to tell you:
News is about to begin coming faster and faster to you via North Pole Flight Command, Santa Update and this site, SantaTrackers.net.
Why? Because Flight Command is now engaging their final countdown protocol.
This means they are completing their checklists around the world. They are looking for any reason to stop or delay Santa’s launch. What they want is a complete green light from every sector – a simple “go for launch” degree from anyone with flight control status.
Part of that protocol is a call for tracker check-ins. We anticipate those check-ins will begin in about six hours in Sector 1 and roll out sequentially in each sector.
There is NO RUSH to check in.
When your elf supervisor wants you to check in, he or she will tell you with very specific instructions.
The process is designed to allow 24 hours for all trackers to check in. So, take your time, listen to your elf supervisor, check in when you are asked and await further instructions.
Merry Christmas, good luck, and we thank you in advance for your service to Santa.
Sector 5 Trackers on the North Pole Podcast
Hey elves!
Go over to SantaUpdate.com and listen to the newest episode of the North Pole Podcast. It features not one but TWO of our tracker elves from Sector 5 — Elf Crusader and Elf Lil Cream.
I am SO proud of you guys!
Everyone, seriously. Let’s show them some love!
Elf Training #24 – Air Traffic Reports
Greetings, Trackers!
Today we talk about one of the most important and exciting reports you can ever send to the North Pole – the air traffic report.
Now, most elves think this is a boring report. But that’s because they don’t really think.
Here’s the deal: to do this report you have to either go outside and look up, or check out the sky from a window if you have a good view.
What are you looking for?
You’re looking for things that fly. Planes, helicopters — or Santa Claus.
Yes, we actually want you to look for Santa. Granted, you might be pushing the limits of a bedtime advisory if you actually see Santa flying in your neighborhood.
That doesn’t matter.
What matters is that you report it.
Your evaluation of Santa in flight is just as valid as anyone else’s. Of course Flight Command is going to want to know about it.
This is not a complex report. You can see a sample of it below or click here:

Greetings Elves!
Today there will be a special chat for tracker elves if you are available to attend at 2pm EST in the North Pole Chat Room.
Santa asked to have 40 million tracker elves by this Christmas and the world has stepped up and shattered that lofty goal. There are millions of new tracker elves. Tracking Santa for Santa is a little bit different than tracking Santa for yourself.
For that reason, Elf Roger and other members of the Tracking Department staff will be available via chat most of this week.
Elf Roger runs the program and can answer just about any question.
Elves are organized into sectors of the world and those sectors have designated elf supervisors who provide specific instructions to trackers for where they live. That instruction is already being posted live at SantaTrackers.net.
The Santa tracking effort is one that Santa takes seriously. Santa trackers are charged with helping Santa get around the world. They have helped him to stay safe and to move quickly by providing reports of local conditions. Santa calls those who track Santa for Santa his “secret” to getting around the world so quickly each year.
Sector 4 Now Live
Hola, Trackers!
Elf Tubby here in La Paz. Sector 4 is now online and ready for action.
Sector 4 includes all of South America, the entire Atlantic Ocean and all of Greenland. We think we’re the biggest of all sectors but Sector 2 doesn’t count us because so much of it is water. We say that’s dumb. If there are believers out there on the water, Santa is going to serve them and we’re going to track him doing it.
Are you ready to once again track Santa for Santa?
We did a really great job last Christmas. There are many more of you this Christmas.
I’m going to give you another day or two to study the training posts before I ask you to do anything. We still have a lot of time until Santa launches.
So poke around and feel free to ask me any questions that you might have. Just use the comments below!
Sector 5 Has Two New City Captains
I was just informed by the Department of Elf Resources that we missed the promotions of two very important elves.
Elf Melekte has been promoted to City Captain in Rockville, Maryland, near the nation’s capitol in Washington DC. This is a very important place and it is a big job. We’re sure that Elf Melekte is up to the task.
And way out on the other coast in California, Elf Lil Cream has been appointed City Captain in San Luis Obispo. This is a really beautiful area with a lot of believers who live there. Our number of elves is this area is growing too. So we really need Lil Cream’s leadership there.
You should see both of these elves on the map now.
We are very excited for these elves and thank them for their service.
Sector 2 Reports from Rudolph Island
Hello friends!
The regional tracking center for Sector 2 is now operational from Rudolph Island, Russia. It serves Asia and the Middle East. That’s actually not far from the North Pole — in the far northern area of the sector.
But honestly, it does not matter where the regional tracking center is located. We’re here, the lights are on and we’re ready to rock.
And rock we will.
Over the next several days I will be alerting you to news coming out of the sector and of direction we will be receiving from North Pole Flight Command. Some of that direction will be very plain but most of it really won’t begin until we get closer to Santa’s flight time.
That gives us plenty of time to read up on the training materials and learn what each report type is. I hope you make use of the next four days or so to ask questions, so you are clear on what to do.
My name is Elf Clif, and I will be tracking Santa with you from here at Rudolph Island.
Tracker Elves of Sector 3 Can Check-in
We are excited to report that the regional tracking center located in Star, Scotland for Sector 3 is now operational.
I am your elf supervisor, Rolf Jannsen — originally from Austria. I am happy to be back working in Europe over this Christmas season.
This is the first of many posts you will see from me over the next week. I will trying to make myself clear and to answer any questions you might have.
I do not have any instructions today from North Pole Flight Command today to share with you. But since we have millions of new elves I am naturally concerned whether or not you all know what to do.
So let us begin by following a very simple instruction. If you are in Sector 3, please check in via the form below. Thank you.

Hello my friends of Sector 1!
I am pleased to report that our new regional tracking center located on Christmas Island is now active. It is a little sparse here but everything works. We are now ready to receive your reports.
Of course, being Sector 1, we will be receiving the first visits from Santa.
That means we will need to be first in everything else: first to send in reports, first to track Santa, first to report on his visits, etc. Being the first means being the best.
It’s still early. We have lots of time to learn our jobs and to be ready to help Santa.
For now, I’m content to let you study the training materials Elf Max has posted here to the site. I might have some instruction for you later this week. But there are no new reports due at this time.
One thing I would tell you: look for the color purple. Purple is the code for all things pertaining to our sector. If it’s in purple, it belongs to us. Just as heads up for you
Feel free to ask any questions you might have in the comment area below.
