Elf Check-In Begins in 24 Hours

Fellow Elves! We will begin the worldwide check-in process for working elves in 24 hours. We start with Sector 1 and move to Sector 5.

Please keep an eye on your Sector’s page. It should also post to the Elf Wall by Sector, just as any Elf Supervisor direction normally does.

Things are starting to pick up. It’s a good idea to be paying attention and checking the Sector page a few times each day, at least.

The check in process is NOT required. It’s just nice to do because it tells Flight Command you are on the job.

We are dealing with massive numbers of new elves. There are some problems because basic instructions are not being followed. Invalid email addresses are being used for tracker registration. Many new elves are not looking at the training material. Some just won’t commit.

We expected this, especially given the numbers we’re dealing with each day.

That is why the check in process is so important. It tells us you’re there, working, paying attention and following direction.

In a sector that has millions – like Sector 5 – only a certain percentage of those elves are going to do things that we need. We know this, we expect it. By checking in, we are better able to trust the information that is being submitted.

We have talked to the Elf Supervisors and North Pole Flight Command to ensure that only the most necessary information is asked for. We don’t want to over burden our hard working tracker elves with too many things to do.

Santa as well has directed that we keep things concise, specific and timely.

We will work to do so.

Have fun this week!

Thank you for all your efforts to help find others to track Santa for Santa.

Updated Weather Report Requested

Trackers of Sector 5 – Flight Command has asked we provide them with an updated weather report. They are specifically targeting the United States and Canada west of the Rockies as an area of need for information.

Weather Report

This is just routine and you may be asked again for this report several times both before and after Santa’s launch.

Thanks, Elves!

Elf Count Update

As of today, we stand at 138 million tracker elves on record. That leaves better than 62 million more elves to recruit.

The breakdown is as follows:

Sector -1: 13.2 million – +9.5%
Sector 2 – 6.2 million – +52.6%
Sector 3 – 24.2 million – +18%
Sector 4 – 29.9 million – +35.3%
Sector 5 – 64.7 million- +15.0%

Our total growth percentage is 20.2% since our last reporting period.

We have a huge week ahead for recruiting, some of the best of the entire season. We need a big week to meet the goal.

New Tracker Elf Podcast Discusses Parents and Belief

A new Santa Tracker Podcast is out this morning and it’s stunning.

Santa Trackers Podcast

I was told yesterday that Elves Frank Myrrh and Crash Murphy were in the studio all day recording podcasts. They are taking real questions that you guys are sending in and trying to answer your questions.

This episode deals with some difficult issues related to parents and belief in Santa. Click here to go to that episode.

I just listened to it and I have to tell you I’m just shocked at what some of you elves are dealing with out there. I had no idea that there are so many issues with belief in Santa.

What gets me is that I am handling literally hundreds of thousands of new sign-ups every day now. There are so many new elves who are parents signing up. Clearly all of you are dealing with different things with your parents out there. Some really believe in Santa and some do not believe in them at all.

What do you do about that?

I think every tracker elf should listen to this episode. It’s a more serious podcast than most that Elves Frank and Crash have done but I think it is important to think about this stuff.

And be ready to hear some more podcasts in the next week or so. Those guys are knocking themselves out to answer the questions being sent in. The next episode, which will likely come out in the next day or two, discusses the Science of Santa and How He Does It. At least that is what Elf Crash is telling me.

Tracker Elf Conference Agenda

The Tracker Elf Conference is scheduled for this Saturday at 10am EST and it runs for two hours.

Santa to Address Tracker Elf Conference

During these two hours we will hear/see presentations from the following Santa tracking experts:

  1. Elf Frank Myrrh (North Pole Radio News anchor) – The Tracking Santa Show on Kringle Radio
  2. Elf Roger Star (International Director of Santa Trackers) – How You Help Santa on Christmas Eve
  3. Elf Buck Sanchez (Flight Director, North Pole Sleigh Port) – What Really Happens on Christmas Eve
  4. Elf Hugo Slavia (North Pole Post Master) – How Messages Flow at the North Pole on Christmas Eve
  5. Elf Max (Tracker Elf Trainer) – Timeline of Tracker Activity
  6. Santa (The Big Guy) – My Message to Tracker Elves

As you can see, there are a lot of presentations to make. There will be a brief period after each presentation for questions. It would be helpful, however, if you could submit any questions you have ahead of time so that maybe answers can be put into the presentations (this saves time for everyone). You can submit them below:

New Alert for Sector 3

Greetings, Elves! It’s time for Sector 3 to get to work by reporting information to the North Pole.

North Pole Flight Command has asked for Chimney inspections from us this week. If we do well, chances are we will be inspecting roofs next.

Chimney Inspections

Chimney inspections are important for obvious reasons.

But for even more obvious reasons you need to be careful doing these inspections. They MUST be done from the ground. Do not EVER get on a ladder or a roof to inspect a chimney. You just need to look at if from the safety of the ground and report what you see. If the chimney looks bad to you in some way you could always take a photo of it and send it in. But never ever ever ever ever ever get up high on anything to inspect a chimney.

Be safe out there, Elves! And stay tuned to SantaTrackers.net for further instruction.

Thanks!

Photo Request for Sector 5

Attention elves of Sector 5! We have a request from Flight Command to test the photo submission function here on SantaTrackers.net

Please go to the Photo Submission Report page and upload an image of ONE of the following things:

  • Your selfie
  • Your Christmas Tree
  • You Tracking Center

This fun little assignment is intended to test our photo upload functions, as there have been some tweaks to it recently. We might or might not share some of these images if you approve.

Please do this before Friday, December 17th, 2021 at midnight local time.

Thank you!

Photo Submission Report

Sector 4 Needs an LCR

Hola Sector 4!

North Pole Flight Command has requested that elves in Sector 4 provide a Local Christmas Report as soon as is convenient. You can find this report at this link

Local Christmas Report

I do not know why they want this report. I just know they want it.

Personally, from where I’m sitting here in Natal, Brazil it looks like Christmas to me out there. Of course, it’s summer here (all the time, really) but there are lights, decorations and Christmas trees everywhere.

I think we’ll be sending in good reports.

This is the first request I’ve had from North Pole Flight Command. But I’m expecting some more next week.

And I’m assuming you’re all coming to the Tracker Elf Conference, right?

Local Christmas Report Needed in Sector 1

Attention Elves of Sector 1 – we need a local Christmas report from you when you get an opportunity.

Local Christmas Report

This report is an assessment of Christmas in your local area. We want your opinion on how you see the state of Christmas celebration right here you live.

This is a very important report for Santa and it may not be the last time he asks for this from our sector.

Please send it in as soon as you are able.

Thank you.

Elf questions and answers are the topic of a new Santa Trackers Podcast just posted by Elf Frank Myrrh.

Elf Questions and Answers

There are many new tracker elves joining our ranks and they have questions. In this new episode we take a stab at answering a few of those questions.

This biggest question in this episode come from Elf Frankie in England: What do I do if I see Santa in my house?

Frank and Crash do not necessarily agree with how to best answer this question. Crash thinks Frankie should say something and Frank — well, Frank just can’t handle it.

This episode also features a special message from Elf Crusader about the care and feeding of Reindeer.

Frank and Crash also discuss how to help young, talent elves develop in their elf careers.

Santa Headlines Tracker Elf Conference

Santa Claus will address the 2021 Tracker Elf Conference it was announced during the Elf Supervisor chat held yesterday.

Santa to Address Tracker Elf Conference

Santa wants to speak directly with those who will be tracking him in an official elf capacity. Attendance for this event is expected to be robust and there will likely be more questions for Santa than he will be able to handle. There may be a process set up so that Santa can answer the questions more efficiently.

The Tracker Elf Conference is an annual event to inform tracker elves of last minute instruction about Santa’s flight and the responsibilities of trackers. Other speakers have been selected for this event and the agenda for the conference will be released soon.
