Sector 3 Elves Can Now Check-in

Greetings Elves of Sector 3 – our time has come. We can now begin the great check-in process for all trackers in Europe and Africa:

Check In

Make your mark! Help Sector 3 become the greatest sector ever! Check in! Get involved!

It’s time to have some fun.

Stand by to become your Christmas reports.

Elf Check-In Begins in 24 Hours

Fellow Elves! We will begin the worldwide check-in process for working elves in 24 hours. We start with Sector 1 and move to Sector 5.

Please keep an eye on your Sector’s page. It should also post to the Elf Wall by Sector, just as any Elf Supervisor direction normally does.

Things are starting to pick up. It’s a good idea to be paying attention and checking the Sector page a few times each day, at least.

The check in process is NOT required. It’s just nice to do because it tells Flight Command you are on the job.

We are dealing with massive numbers of new elves. There are some problems because basic instructions are not being followed. Invalid email addresses are being used for tracker registration. Many new elves are not looking at the training material. Some just won’t commit.

We expected this, especially given the numbers we’re dealing with each day.

That is why the check in process is so important. It tells us you’re there, working, paying attention and following direction.

In a sector that has millions – like Sector 5 – only a certain percentage of those elves are going to do things that we need. We know this, we expect it. By checking in, we are better able to trust the information that is being submitted.

We have talked to the Elf Supervisors and North Pole Flight Command to ensure that only the most necessary information is asked for. We don’t want to over burden our hard working tracker elves with too many things to do.

Santa as well has directed that we keep things concise, specific and timely.

We will work to do so.

Have fun this week!

Tracker Elf Conference Agenda

The Tracker Elf Conference is scheduled for this Saturday at 10am EST and it runs for two hours.

Santa to Address Tracker Elf Conference

During these two hours we will hear/see presentations from the following Santa tracking experts:

  1. Elf Frank Myrrh (North Pole Radio News anchor) – The Tracking Santa Show on Kringle Radio
  2. Elf Roger Star (International Director of Santa Trackers) – How You Help Santa on Christmas Eve
  3. Elf Buck Sanchez (Flight Director, North Pole Sleigh Port) – What Really Happens on Christmas Eve
  4. Elf Hugo Slavia (North Pole Post Master) – How Messages Flow at the North Pole on Christmas Eve
  5. Elf Max (Tracker Elf Trainer) – Timeline of Tracker Activity
  6. Santa (The Big Guy) – My Message to Tracker Elves

As you can see, there are a lot of presentations to make. There will be a brief period after each presentation for questions. It would be helpful, however, if you could submit any questions you have ahead of time so that maybe answers can be put into the presentations (this saves time for everyone). You can submit them below:

New Alert for Sector 3

Greetings, Elves! It’s time for Sector 3 to get to work by reporting information to the North Pole.

North Pole Flight Command has asked for Chimney inspections from us this week. If we do well, chances are we will be inspecting roofs next.

Chimney Inspections

Chimney inspections are important for obvious reasons.

But for even more obvious reasons you need to be careful doing these inspections. They MUST be done from the ground. Do not EVER get on a ladder or a roof to inspect a chimney. You just need to look at if from the safety of the ground and report what you see. If the chimney looks bad to you in some way you could always take a photo of it and send it in. But never ever ever ever ever ever get up high on anything to inspect a chimney.

Be safe out there, Elves! And stay tuned to SantaTrackers.net for further instruction.

Thanks!

Elf questions and answers are the topic of a new Santa Trackers Podcast just posted by Elf Frank Myrrh.

Elf Questions and Answers

There are many new tracker elves joining our ranks and they have questions. In this new episode we take a stab at answering a few of those questions.

This biggest question in this episode come from Elf Frankie in England: What do I do if I see Santa in my house?

Frank and Crash do not necessarily agree with how to best answer this question. Crash thinks Frankie should say something and Frank — well, Frank just can’t handle it.

This episode also features a special message from Elf Crusader about the care and feeding of Reindeer.

Frank and Crash also discuss how to help young, talent elves develop in their elf careers.
