Elf Status Report Needed

Greetings from Christmas Island in Myanmar!

I am happy to report that our Regional Tracking Center is completely up and operational. As a first run of receiving reports, we would like all elves in Sector 2 to submit an Elf Status Report.

This will not only give us a good systems test but it will give us an idea of how many tracker elves out there are on the job and paying attention.

We expect to begin our reporting routine starting on Santa’s deadline date for all Regional Tracking Centers of August 1st. Please be ready for that.

The test flights of Santa’s sleigh have left our sector, so we will have to wait for them to come around again. I suspect we will see them soon.

Elf Clif is a long time presence at the North Pole getting his start in Santa’s employ in 1917 hauling wood with reindeer teams from Austria. He speaks 14 languages and took a 3-year sabbatical to serve in the Peace Corps in Africa in the 1950s. Elf Clif lives with his wife of many years in one of the largest farms at the North Pole, keeping hot house plants and flowers year round, his passionate hobby.
