Stocking Mail Test

For some reason our sector has been singled out to perform a test of stocking mail over the next several hours. All available tracker elves in Sector 5, between right now and 8pm EST tonight, if you could write or print this code:

….on a piece of paper and place it in your Christmas stocking with your Elf name and PIN Code on it, North Pole Flight Command and the North Pole Post Office will greatly appreciate it.

Stocking mail, if you did not know, is an advanced technology that allows believers to message Santa directly. The technology is not perfect. But the North Pole has used it over the past several years quite effectively in limited applications. Santa himself usually authorizes Stocking Mail on Christmas Eve.

Santa has authorized this test of the system. But it’s only for tracker elves and it is only for Sector 5. And it is only a test. Santa will not actually see these. They are working on some things for Stocking Mail and they need willing elves who will do this between right now and later tonight.

Elf Pinky was recruited from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1992 and has since served as an instructor in sleigh flight theory at the North Pole Institute of Aviation. She worked very hard to earn her elf credentials, working a second shift first as a tool repair technician in Santa’s workshop and then as an engineer in the Wrapping Department designing wrapping machines. Pinky in recent years was a recruiter and trainer of sleigh test pilots and flies under the call sign Barracuda. Last year she served as a Flight Operations Director and demonstrated outstanding judgment and maturity in her duties supervising more than 400 elves, pilots, reindeer handlers and sleigh freighters.
