Sector 4 Elf Count Update

Elf Count Update for Sector 4

Hola, Elves! Well, the numbers are in for us finally. Here’s how it looks for us in terms of elf count:

Freelance Elves – 8,966,451
North Pole Elves – 2,358,971

Total Sector 4 Elves – 11,325,422

Like the others I don’t know yet what our target is for this season. But I’m going to go out on a limb here and say we need to target at least 30 million. I can’t see our total being more than that. So for now, that’s the number.

And it is a HUGE number. Which means we would be smart to get recruiting right now.

July is a great time to recruit. A lot of people are thinking Christmas right now. I think if we want to be productive we would focus on those people. Likely they would be older. I would tell you to never count out those who are older. In fact, the older they are the bigger believer in Santa they tend to be. So go talk to them.

Like everyone else, I’m anxious for what Santa will say on the 12th – which is just next week.

I don’t think we’re going to hit 30 million in a week. But it’s a good number to have in mind for now.
