A Tracker Group Commander is the leader of a formed group of tracker elves who track Santa together. These groups can be formed locally or remotely, it does not matter.

This is a leadership position.

A Tracker Group Commander recruits, organizes, communicates and leads all members of the group. The group should have a name and likewise should utilize the group functions at SantaTrackers.net to operate.
