Working as an Elf

Getting News and Information

The work of a tracker elf is all about exchanging accurate information. You, as an elf, need to know what is happening with Santa. Santa, in flight out there in the elements, needs your information to be safe and to deliver well.

That means doing a lot of work to be informed and to be informative.

It begins with getting all the news and information that you can obtain. This is best done through Official North Pole News sources. Don’t forget that you also have a whole Elf Community behind you to share news and information, too.

Tip: Stay away from the news on the Internet. Stay away from Norad, Google, and all social media.

Stay focused on the North Pole.

Your Elf Supervisor is your friend. He or she is responsible for guiding you about Santa’s needs in your area.

If Santa has something for you to do your elf supervisor will provide instruction via the news page dedicated to your sector.
