But you can only get Santa-sanctioned, official North Pole News from official North Pole websites.

Search engines and government websites claiming to “track” Santa may look nice and appear interesting but they lack the approval of Santa Claus and possess inferior technology compared to what the North Pole provides. You simply cannot track Santa using the same dated technology they use to track airplanes. That is basically what they do.

You cannot and must not reference Norad, Google or similar non-North Pole tracking resources in your role as an elf.

You are tracking Santa for Santa and it is imperative you only use official North Pole tracking resources in the course of executing your duties.

As a tracker elf tracking Santa for Santa use of those non-North Pole resources is not helpful and, in fact, could lead to confusion and miscommunication in your reports to North Pole Flight Command. Using those resources in your official elf capacity could lead to dismissal as an elf.
