Job Description: A Tracker Group Commander is the leader of a formed group of tracker elves who track Santa together. These groups can be formed locally or remotely, it does not matter.

This is a leadership position.

A Tracker Group Commander recruits, organizes, communicates and leads all members of the group. The group should have a name and likewise should utilize the group functions at SantaTrackers.net to operate.

Special Requirements: You must have gathered the names of FIVE other elves in order to form a group. You will need to have chosen a group name for your tracker group. Upon formation your group will be given your own PUBLIC group forum on SantaTrackers.net. We will create a logo, profile picture and cover for your group. You will be provided admin assistance in managing the group. You will be set up as the group moderator. Your group will have your own feed and your own chat room in order to facilitate group functions and events. 

Experience Required: Experience is not required for this position. All Tracker Group Commanders must follow the direction of assigned Elf Supervisors.

Points Required: 2500

Rank Required: Pro Elf or higher

Certifications/Badges Required: Verified Elf, Tracker Elf 1st Class
