Santa’s launch is not the countdown to Christmas. It is the countdown to when Santa leaves the North Pole. Santa has to leave the North Pole in order to arrive before Christmas in every part of the world.

Santa leaves the North Pole and delivers to Sector 1 first.

The 24-hours before Santa arrives in your sector you, as an elf and as a sector, will be in what we call the Red Zone. That is a high alert state for you as an elf.

You will be told by your elf supervisor when you are in the Red Zone. While you are in the Red Zone you may be asked to turn in specific reports to North Pole Flight Command.

Your reports are relayed directly to Santa’s sleigh. Santa uses your reports to arrive safely in your neighborhood.
