Sector 5

Long Day Ahead

Fellow Trackers,

I know it’s fun and exciting but I just got off the phone with Elf Z and it’s very clear we have a long road ahead today and tomorrow. At the moment, things are fairly calm in Sector 5.

So let’s get some things out of the way early here.

First of all, we have a lot of really new trackers and some of them aren’t paying attention. I’ve been getting messages, emergency reports, and just flat out weird stuff about seeing Santa on roofs and such. I’ve had Moe on speed dial trying to get these elements under control and to keep them off the Elf Wall. Some are posting they they are “elf teachers” or “head elf” or other such goofiness. We just can’t have that.

If you’re a new elf, please review the news. Be current. At this moment we’re about 19 hours or so away from Santa’s launch. He’s not anywhere right now but in bed. We are HOURS and HOURS away from tracking him.

We do have Operation Airlift going and there are sleighs everywhere. We need to be watching out for them. Weather is the big thing and we have a lot of that going on.

Follow our experienced elves.

I will only post if I need to. Follow the news on the radio, pull up the Flight Command website and stay current there. There’s plenty of news to consume. If you are up on it what I might post in the hours ahead will make sense.

We’re at almost 27 million trackers in Sector 5 at the moment, a great number. But we’re pretty green. I need all eyes on me and I need all elves to stay on course.

Thanks.
