Sector 1 Recruiting Report

Sector 1 Recruiting Report

Hi Elves,

I received a report from Elf Flip about the number of registered elves in Sector 1. There are on record 5,891,471 freelance tracker elves and 1,248,657 employed tracker elves in Sector 1. In total we have 7,140,128 tracker elves working Sector 1.

Since Santa has not yet set the recruiting goal for this year we do not know how many more tracker elves we will need for this year’s flight.

Sector 1 is one of the largest and most diverse of all areas on earth. Some 67 nations fall under our sector and more than 40 languages. Many of our areas are remote and many areas have neither Internet or electrical service. Sector 1 has more ocean area and islands that any other sector and there is a large accounting for people on the water, another feature that makes our sector unique.

We remind elves that if they know anyone who lives on a boat and who has the equipment we especially need elves. Please work to recruit them.

We had an exceptional year recruiting in 2020. But we have a feeling we will need to do even better this year.

Lastly, I have been receiving some communication from tracker elves in our area about when test flights will be over our sector. This I do not know yet. The sleighs are over Sector 3 at this time, a long ways from us. So it could be a while before we see them in our area.

If you have comments or concerns I would appreciate it if you would post them in the group area for Sector 1, rather than flooding my message box individually. It’s starting to get a little busy.

Thanks for all your hard work, Sector 1.
