Tracker Elves of all types – Freelance Elves, Junior Trackers, and North Pole Trackers – need to check-in with their Elf Supervisor in advance of Christmas Eve.

This process helps the Elf Supervisors and North Pole Flight Command to know if they can reach you in case of special circumstances in your area. It also helps the Elf Supervisors to managed the overall flight situation in your sector. Here is what you need to remember about this process:

• Please check in as early as you can. You might hear North Pole Radio News or Flight Command say something about checking in but really once this page is active you can check-in at any time.
• Do not feel obligated to make yourself available at all times. Your private time and family time on these important days before Christmas need to be given their due attention. Santa wants to make sure your time tracking Santa for Santa does not interfere with those times.
• If your schedule changes, that’s okay. Just come back here when you can to update your Elf Supervisor on your availability.
