Tracker Instruction for October
Happy October, Trackers!
Our focus in tracking Santa for Santa in October is to spend some time on organizing ourselves for the weeks ahead. That would mean:
1- Get a current Elf Selfie
2- Send Santa an updated wish list
3- Update your elf supervisor with your elf status
4- Send in a landing zone plan, if you have one
5- Plan for your home tracking center
Once that is completed it is time to send in a Local Christmas Report for your area.
Please take your time with this report. It is not the only time you will be asked to provide it. In fact, you should expect to do one in October, November and December.
This is the kind of report that is different every time you do it. We expect to see different things at different times.
If your roof and chimney reports are complete, there is no need to do anything else with that information at this time.
Weather reports are not super vital at this time, except for Sector 5 where the test flights will be taking place this month. We encourage you to continue to track the test flights on the Santa Tracker.
We have re-released the Sleigh Sighting Report, with some slight revisions. Please feel free to make use of it when appropriate.
Several other reports are still under review and will be re-released as we get closer to December.
Finally, our need for elves sincere in training as new trackers this year continues to grow. If you have an opportunity to invite individuals you know we ask you to do so.
Thank you all so very much.
