This is a year round gig. Elves are always on the job in support of Operation Merry Christmas. No matter what department you work in – whether at the North Pole or anywhere else in the world – the work of helping Santa be Santa is never done.

For Santa Tracker elves, that work gets done right here.

You are Santa’s eyes on the ground. As a tracker elf you report what you see, what you hear and what you know to North Pole Flight Command, who organizes that information for Santa’s use on his flight.

As an elf, you are informed via Official North Pole websites and you work right here via the Elf Community online. Once signed up you will:

• Have access to the Elf Community
• Interact with other Tracker Elves
• Get to know and meet real North Pole elves
• Receive insider information about Santa and the North Pole
• Send in detailed reports to your Elf Supervisor
• Learn how Santa and the North Pole works
• Receive your elf license
• Participate in North Pole Chats
• Help Santa get around the world
