- Age Policy – Users of all age are welcome. Minors must enroll and participate under the direct supervision of a parent. Parents are responsible for all online behaviors, speech and conduct of their minor children.
- Conduct Policy – Please refrain from using profanity, hate speech, political discourse, or religious proselyting. Santa expects the use of manners, courtesy and respect for all users. Bullying in any form is unacceptable.
- Identity Policy – Elves are either male or female. Alternatives are prohibited. Listings of preferred pronouns are prohibited. Elf Names chosen by community members should not in any way reflect their true identity. Links to social media accounts or other outside resources that may reveal your identity are discouraged.
- Posting Policy – No posting of copyrighted material. No solicitation of outside services, products, websites or social media channels. Posts should be kept to Santa, tracking Santa, elf life, Christmas and other relevant topics.
- Santa Clausology Policy – Unbelief in Santa, expressed or implied, is not a topic of public discussion in the Elf Community. Questions directed privately to key elves are permissible if respectfully submitted.
- Link Policy – Links are generally allowed if relevant. Links to unofficial tracking sites or Christmas site unaffiliated with Official North Pole are not allowed. It is advised that if you are uncertain if a link is allowed to check first with community management.
- Complaint Policy – Complaints about what you got or did not get for Christmas are not allowed. This is not the place for that.
- Account Policy – Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts are a violation and will result in a permanent ban. Sharing accounts, except between parent and child, is prohibited.
- Refund Policy – Refunds are not allowed under any circumstance.
- Privacy Policy – Email addresses collected by SantaTrackers.net are used only for site functionality. They are never sold or shared. Any additional user information is similarly used and never shared with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy below for more information.

- Right of Refusal – SantaTrackers.net works to ensure the safety of all site users and visitors. It reserves the right to deny service to any person at any time for any reason without explanation or cause. JUST BE NICE. We live by the Elf Code after taking the Elf Oath.
- Elf Community Standards – Participation in the worldwide Elf Community requires great behavior, common courtesy and common sense. Violations of the same will result in immediate ban without appeal.
- Privacy – We work hard to ensure your privacy. We expect you to respect the privacy of elves working around the world who, like you, serve Santa in a special capacity. By using this site, logging in to access privileged information, and calling yourself an Elf, you agree to maintain in strict confidentiality all learned, known and shared information relative to Santa’s flight status and condition.
- Limited Liability – Santa Claus, the North Pole, Santa’s elves, and the elf operators of SantaTrackers.net will not be held liable for anything should your use of this website prove harmful to your emotions or cause you to get a lump of coal in your stocking.
- Naughty List – There is no naughty list. That’s a myth. We don’t keep one and neither does Santa. And yes, he told us to say that.
