North Pole Flight Command has divided the world into 5 Sectors, shown on the graphic below.
All of the logistics, flight planning, and organization required for Operation Merry Christmas follows this division of the world into Sectors. It is vital to knowing what is going on, where Santa is and when he will be to your house.
What Tracker Elves Need to Know
As a tracker elf, you will know that each Sector has:
- A regional tracking center that coordinates all sleigh flights, elf activity and tracker submissions
- An Elf Supervisor who coordinates everything
- Support by the North Pole Navy, which operates under the direction of North Pole Flight Command
- A specific delivery schedule target
