Is this only for Christmas Eve?
North Pole Flight Command collects information year round. In fact, the earlier you send information in, the better.
A tree in a bad spot isn’t going to move, so you could let us know that at any time.
Of course, on Christmas Eve, when you know Santa is coming, it’s always a great idea to at least tell him about the weather in your area.
How does information I send in get to Santa?
North Pole systems can detect where you are reporting from based on your Internet Service Provider. Based on that information our computers route your report to an area of North Pole Flight Commanded dedicated to your part of the world.
The information is:
- Immediately time stamped
- Instantly classified
- Expeditiously sorted
- Meticulously reviewed
- Posted to Santa’s sleigh
As Santa approaches your neighborhood his heads up display will share with him applicable information that is useful in his navigation. \
It helps him with delivery priorities.
The information that comes in from you and tracker elves in the field have helped Santa deliver faster, safer and more accurately.
How does Santa know this information comes from ME?
The information you share is sent anonymously.
There is nothing you send and nothing the North Pole, Flight Command or Santa receives that tells them it is from YOU.
If want you to send a personal message or a wish list to Santa you need to visit the North Pole Post Office at SantaUpdate.com.
What we do here is all about Santa’s safe flying and timely delivery. It’s not about anything else.
If you send in a wish list or a question about reindeer or anything other than information the system automatically detects that and deletes it.
Is this different than being a tracker elf?
Tracker elves work for Santa. They are no different than an elf in Santa’s workshop or in the Reindeer barn or anywhere else. An elf is an elf.
To become an elf you must first visit ElfHQ.com. There you will learn the Elf Code and take the Elf Oath. But that is just the beginning of your life as an elf.
A tracker elf can live in any part of the world. They word year round to learn of the Santa effort we call Operation Merry Christmas and to do their part in it.
As trackers an elf is trained via Elf University. Trackers gather with the Elf Community online at SantaTrackers.net and get to meet other trackers and interact with real elves from the North Pole.
A tracker elf has access to inside information from the North Pole. They know about Santa’s flight plans. They are informed of details about Santa’s sleigh, the reindeer, and challenges the North Pole and Santa face each year.
Can I talk to Santa here?
Information you send in from this website goes to North Pole Flight Command. It’s not for talking to Santa.
