Many new elves experience issues when they try to log in as part of the registration process. Here are some tips to help you with that:

1. Use a valid email address. Without it, you cannot access SantaTrackers.net.
2. Follow the instructions. Register, wait for the email, click on the link.
3. Remember your password! If you try to login too many times without using the right password, it will stop you from trying to login.
4. Wait for the email to come once you register. It can take up to an hour. Check your spam folder, many email providers filter it.
5. If you don’t click on the link within 24 hours, your account gets deleted and you have to start over.
