Sector 5 Regional HQ

Sector 5 HQ to Be in Nova Scotia

Greetings, elves! Pinky here. We have news – and usual, we’re the last to get it. Ha!

North Pole Flight Command announced today that Sector 5’s regional headquarters will be located in Christmas Island, Nova Scotia.

I’ve been there. It’s a neat little town.

Why does the North Pole always pick small towns for their regional tracking centers? They don’t. It’s just that this year our sector will have a HQ is a fairly small place.

Frankly, we’re afraid of visitors.

You see, we’re serious elves with a serious job. We can’t be handing out tours everyday, ya know? We’re here to do business.

So while we will tell you roughly where we are we cannot tell you exactly where we are. Yeah, Christmas Island is a small place in Nova Scotia, but you’ll never find us. That’s because our location is disguised. It might be in a school. Or a City Hall. Or a McDonald’s. Or you just never can tell.

So don’t bother coming to visit. You’ll never find us and I’ll never tell you because I’m an elf and secrets are just what we do.

But..have no fear. We need you tracking Santa from where YOU are in Sector 5. So my job is to tell you what’s going on with tracking Santa for Santa this year.

And that’s what this page here is for – news just for you. So bookmark this page, elves. You’ll be coming back here frequently, especially as we get closer to launch.

Speaking of launch…those test flights of Santa’s sleigh should be starting again really soon.

You ready to track it?

About this Elf: Elf Pinky Verified Elf Santa's Council Member Sector 5 Elf Supervisor
Elf Pinky was recruited from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1992 and has since served as an instructor in sleigh flight theory at the North Pole Institute of Aviation. She worked very hard to earn her elf credentials, working a second shift first as a tool repair technician in Santa’s workshop and then as an engineer in the Wrapping Department designing wrapping machines. Pinky in recent years was a recruiter and trainer of sleigh test pilots and flies under the call sign Barracuda. Last year she served as a Flight Operations Director and demonstrated outstanding judgment and maturity in her duties supervising more than 400 elves, pilots, reindeer handlers and sleigh freighters.
