Job Description: You are an actual elf and you have things to say! In this position you will be an elf employee of North Pole Radio News. You will be assigned to produce 5 to 10 minute podcasts year round, no more than once a month. Topics will be assigned to you and you will have to comply with all production guidelines imposed on you by your producer. (Your producer will likely be someone you know from North Pole Radio News). In this position you will need to be a thinker as well as a doer. You will pitch podcast ideas, interview Santa Trackers and Elves at the North Pole, and write podcast scripts. You will need to possess good interview skills, investigative reporting skills and the ability to succinctly report the news (who, what, when, where and why).

As an official North Pole Podcast you will host, interview and upload your podcast audio to a special server. The Audio Department at North Pole Radio News will produce your episodes and upload them on ALL appropriate North Pole websites, including SantaTrackers.net.

Experience Required: 1 year minimum as a tracker elf, but the more the better. You must be an active member of the Elf Community at SantaTrackers.net.

Points Required: 3500

Rank Required: Pro Elf or higher

Elf Knowledge Test Minimum Score Required: 85% – you gotta know all the elf stuff!

Certifications/Badges Required: Verified Elf, Tracker Elf 1st Class
